July 2 -- Ag and Home Economics Presentations and Favorite Food Revue, Ag Center, Orleans, 6:30 p.m.
July 9 -- Bicycle rodeo, Fairgrounds, Orleans
** 6:00 p.m. -- Registration
** 6:15 p.m. -- Rodeo
July 12 -- Reservations Due for the 4-H Horse Show
July 19 -- Private 4-H Style Revue and Interview Judging, Ag Center, 9:00 a.m.
July 19 -- Song/Talent Contest and Public Style Revue, Ag Center, Orleans, 8:00 p.m.
July 21 -- County 4- H Horse Show, Fairgrounds, Orleans, 8:00 a.m.
July 23 -- Just for Fun Dog Show, Fair Arena, 6:00 p.m.



FAIR SCHEDULE

Tuesday, July 24
4:00 p.m. -- All barns open for large and small animals
4:00 - 7:30 p.m. -- Weighing of market beef, market sheep and market swine
4:00 - 9:00 p.m. -- Entering of all non-market sheep and non-market beef, Division I dairy and rabbits and poultry

Wednesday, July 25
7:00 - 11:00 a.m. -- Entries of Home Economics and Open Class
10:00 a.m. -- Small animal judging (cats, rabbits, poultry and small pets)
NOON -- Begin judging for all Home Economic exhibits
4:00 p.m. -- Sheep showmanship (seniors first) followed by judging of classes
FFA Show to follow
Community Concessions

Thursday, July 26
10:00 a.m. -- Breeding beef show followed by stocker-feeder show and bucket calves
** Break for two hours
** Beef cattle showmanship contest followed by 4-H market beef cattle
FFA Beef Shows to follow
Community Concessions
8:00 p.m. -- Free Entertainment: Arrowhead

Friday, July 29
8:00 a.m. -- Swine Showmanship Contests (Seniors first) followed by judging of classes
FFA Swine Show to follow
1:30 p.m. -- Dairy Showmanship (Seniors first) followed by judging of classes
FFA Dairy Show to follow
Community Concessions
7:00 p.m. -- Pig Wrestling
10:00 p.m. -- Release of non-sale animals (withdrawal slips required)

Saturday, July 30
8:00 a.m. - Noon -- Release Home Economics exhibits
9:00 a.m. -- Annual beef, swine and sheep sale
5:00 p.m. -- Harlan County Free Barbecue
5:00 p.m. -- Free Entertainment: Abe Clayton

7:30 p.m. -- 4-H Recognition program, 4-H Coronation, and AK-SAR-BEN Awards
